My nephew Daniel, a buddhist and meditation teacher, sent me a wonderful message the other day.  On a recent meditation retreat, he realized that "many of the qualities that the Buddha describes as being properties of a ‘wise and skillful person’ are very similar to the qualities that you point out in your book and blog as being qualities of awesome leaders. Pretty cool!"
